Comment Against Virginia Criminalization Petition
“Virginia has an active petition to the Board of Pharmacy requesting that they make kratom illegal.
“The petitioner requests that the Board amend 18VAC110-20-322 to include mitragynine and 7-hydroxymytragynine, the active alkaloids found in kratom, in Schedule I.”
We need ALL kratom advocates, especially Virginians, to comment that you do not support this petition to make kratom consumers criminals if it is a Schedule I substance.
