Florida Governor Signs KCPA Bill
“Florida has become the latest state to enact Kratom Consumer Protection Legislation with the Florida Governor signing it today.
Also, the threat of Louisiana criminalization has been greatly diminished after all of the messages kratom advocates sent, and a lot of hard work by our legislative team to educate officials there and share your personal testimonials. The Louisiana Kratom Consumer Protection Act is still being considered by the legislature and we’ll share more as it develops.
